Over the years, the company that I work for has made some major technological improvements in our field. When it comes to Seismic Data Acquisition, there are many safety concerns that need to be addressed. When we are operating our large ships to acquire data in the Gulf of Mexico, we have to make sure that we are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure the environment is unharmed. We have also updated our acquisition methods to enable our vessels to gain data in shallower water. All of our advances have allowed us to gain more data each day and manage our reservoirs much more efficiently.
