The Polycom is a great video conferencing system with many advantages. First, you use an ISDL line and that is much quicker of a connection. Your video goes better for those on the receiving end. Second, there are no complaints about not hearing what is going on. The system relays voices clearly on both ends, and less time is spent repeating things. This system truly helps our office out as we can put things up on the blackboard or whiteboard and the people on the receiving end can see everything we are showing them.
